► SCOPE OF WORK: Structural crack repair of concrete and brick exterior; added foundation for one (1) steel moment frame and two (2) steel brace frames; demolition of interior finishes and walls not included in new design; constructed new room layouts from rough to final finishes; installed new windows; new roof; added supports for cellular transmission units; completed exterior improvements and finishes; retrofitted pair of 8’-0” tall mahogany doors into lower store window front.
