► Scope of work: structural crack repair of concrete / brick exterior; add foundation one (1) steel moment frame & two (2) steel brace frames; demolition of interior finishes and walls not in new design, construct new room designs from rough to finishes; installed new windows; new roof, added supports for cell transmissions units; exterior improvements and finishes; retro pair 8’-0” tall mahogany doors into lower store window front.
