► Scope of Work: Reinforcing existing stair treads, make safe and secure of entry door next to right side exterior door entry. Replace entry door and frame with fire-rated door assembly, threshold and trim. Block exterior walls for outward opening doors.

► Key features or challenges: West wall portion being built up for opening. Structural retrofit for window openings. Work was performed within the existing structure. Scheduling coordination between structural engineer, GC, and owner was critical so that materials could arrive and place per phase requirements. All work performed per plan and specifications.
