► SCOPE OF WORK: Demo four (4) existing offices and corridors, then reconstructed the space into a large pharmacy with a service window. Relocated the lobby door & installed an ADA-compliant push-pad door operator.
► KEY FEATURES / CHALLENGES: Accommodated existing 1st floor & surrounding 2nd floor tenants throughout construction. Noisy phases were scheduled during off-hours to minimize disruption. Relocated both existing and new plumbing and electrical systems.
